Book a visit while the clinic cares for patients.
For the business: Fewer calls and messages to coordinate routine appointments.
We’re building Samdesha to turn conversations on WhatsApp and Telegram into useful service — with context, continuity, and a person who can help.
A conversation that picks up where you left off.
We’re building replies that draw on relevant earlier conversations, so customers don’t have to repeat their story. Responses shaped by what they’ve already shared, with a person stepping in when something needs clarification.
For your customers. For you.
Customers request services. Owners manage schedules, availability, and service settings. Both through WhatsApp or Telegram — no separate Samdesha app for service requests or configuration changes.

Illustrative planned experience. Context-aware automated replies and appointment booking are not live yet.
From a patient booking a visit to a candidate sharing a resume, conversations can move everyday work forward.
These illustrative scenarios describe planned workflows, not features available today. The WhatsApp and Telegram styles show the same service concept in either messenger; the examples are not exclusive to the channel shown.
For the business: Fewer calls and messages to coordinate routine appointments.
For the business: Understand the requirement and collect a preferred callback day before a salesperson takes over.
For the business: Coordinate a disruption in one conversation and keep track of who still needs help.
For a recruitment consultancy or a company hiring for its own team.
For the business: Collect experience and a resume together, with permission to save them, so recruiters can start with an organized profile.
Give customers a familiar way to ask for help, share what they need, and continue a conversation.
Bring messages, contact context, and operator ownership together so replies can be relevant.
Our longer-term direction is to connect conversations with business workflows, while keeping people involved when judgment is needed.
The current software includes an operator inbox, contact context, conversation assignment, human-written replies, and delivery tracking. Live WhatsApp integration testing is in progress. Telegram integration is planned.
Appointment scheduling, candidate intake and resume storage, and automated service workflows are planned. Automated AI replies, public self-service onboarding, and a production service are not currently available.
